DESCRIPTION: The healthiest grapes, which are harvested by hand in boxes, are left to dry on mats in "castle" in dry and ventilated until February following the harvest. Dehydration enhances the natural juice of the grape, which comes to develop the 16% alcohol, with a residual sugar of around 90 g / l. The dried grapes are then pressed and vinified according to tradition. The must is fermented slowly (due to its high sugar content) in small oak barrels, kegs typical in vinsantaia, an attic room with large temperature variations between winter and summer. The wine is aged for four years in oak before bottling. The color is amber, of beautiful liveliness. Bows dense on the glass reflect an impressive structure. The bouquet features pleasant aromas of dried fruit, almonds and dried figs, linked to hints of honey. In the mouth the attack is characterized by fat and velvety, very intense and persistent, fine quality. Large sweet sensations in a set that looks well blended in perfect balance
