DESCRIPTION: After crushing, the grapes are pressed. The must is decanted and then stored in pressurized chilled temperature controlled thanks to which is retained during fermentation gas produced thus generating the characteristic perlage. The fermentation takes place with the addition of selected yeasts to exalt the organoleptic characteristics of the product. The golden yellow color, has broad and intriguing scent reminiscent of fresh fruit; the palate is persistent with a good acidity balanced with residual sugar. Excellent as an aperitif, every dessert in particular pastries
