DESCRIPTION: A sparkling wine made with the traditional classic Champenois method. He knows how to combine the characteristics of the Alsatian grape variety with the strict rules of the Champenois method in the best possible way. With a brilliant straw yellow color and a persistent foam; on the nose it is very expressive. Hints of fresh fruit such as apples, peaches and apricots. Taste consistent with the nose, aromas of ripe fruit are perceived in the mouth. Excellent with caviar, fresh fish, and fruit desserts.
