DESCRIPTION: The Domaine François Feuillet was founded in Chavannes in 1991 and covers about 10 hectares of prestigious vineyards (of which 2.1 hectares of Grand Cru and Premier Cru 3.5 hectares) acquisititi over the years, which produce organic: Nuits-Saint-Georges, Vosne-Romanee, Chambolle Musigny, Morey-Sainy-Denis, Gevrey-Chambertin, Chambertin and Latricières-Chambertin. The harvest is manual, with no added yeast fermentation lasts from 18 to 25 days followed by aging in wood for about 16 months and bottling without filtration.
