Brunello di Montalcino Riserva docg - Lupi e Sirene

DESCRIPTION: Alcoholic fermentation and maceration for about 25 days in Vosges oak vats, followed by malolactic fermentation. Aged for 48 months in oak barrels, followed by 12 months in cement and at least 12 months in bottle. Intense ruby red color with garnet highlights. The nose has a bouquet of well-ripened red fruits and a balsamic check of Mediterranean herbs. In the mouth it is balanced with well balanced tannins, an important flavor and a pleasantly bitter finish.
