DESCRIPTION: Andes Plateau is inspired by the nearby mountains of the Andes mountain range. An ideal area for the cultivation of vines, where they combine natural environment, vivid colors, clean air, altitude, earth and sky. The oenologist Felipe Uribe, founder of Andes Palateau, gave life to his project at 700 meters above sea level, motivated by the idea of creating unique and elegant wines. Its first wine, Cota 700, benefits from the cool and sunny climate, which favors a very slow ripening of the grapes. The vineyards are located in Alcohuaz and Cajòn del Maipo. A fresh and lively wine is obtained, with a marked acidity, a low pH and a low alcohol content. It is a blend of more than 80% from Cabernet Sauvignon, supplemented by Syrah, Cabernet Franc and Carignan.
