DESCRIPTION:The harvest is done manually with double sorting by hand. The wine is made only with the juice without pressing in new French oak barrels open 500 liters, in air-conditioned premises. Alcoholic fermentation with natural punching hand for about 60 to 70 days in wooden barrels. Batonnage once a month for the first year. The aging lasts three years in new 500 liter barrels of French oak. Impenetrable color red ruby purple hues.
