DESCRIPTION: Grapes after been carefully dried have been vining after the middle of January. The stum and the vinasse obtained have been fermented slowly for a long time in proper barrells for a period of about 40 days. Ruby and heavy red with feeling of forest fruit and black cherry with a dry, velvet and harmonic aroma. After several working sections wine is put for 48 months in bay oaks of medium size and reworked for other 6 months in bottle. It is perfect with great, heavy roasts and seasoned cheeses
