DESCRIPTION: 100% Aglianico grapes, espalier, spurred cordon. Planting density: 4000 vines / ha. Hand picking, traditional fermentation with maceration on the skins for 12-15 days at controlled temperature, malolactic spontaneous. Matures in steel for 20-30 months, followed by a passage in French oak barrels for six months and then rest in the bottle for 4-6 months. Color: ruby red. Intense, typical clear scents, also feels the fruit in alcohol, spices and a delicate hint of vanilla on the finish. Dry, but elegant tannins. Aging: 8-10 years.
