DESCRIPTION: The wine is obtained by vinification of Verdicchio grapes harvested by hand. In the cellar the grapes begin the fermentation process in barrels of cement, as this stage, the wine is racked by gravity in stainless steel tanks, located in a natural cave. After at least 6-7 months of aging the wine is bottled with light stabilization and filtration.
