DESCRIPTION: Harvest: mid-September. Vinification: direct pressing and vinification for 50% in new barriques, for the remaining 50% in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature. Aging: in barrique for 9 months. Appearance: white. Deep straw-yellow with greenish reflections. Smell: on the nose gives delicate sensations of vanilla, orange blossom and citrus. Palate: on the palate it shows an evident structure, with a good alcoholic impact refreshed by the lively acidity that sustains the taste in a pleasantly almond finish. Pairings: appetizers, white meats and fish.
