DESCRIPTION: Harvest: mid-September. Vinification: in stainless steel at a controlled temperature. Aging: 4 months in stainless steel at a controlled temperature. Appearance: White. Straw yellow with greenish reflections. Smell: delicate, but intense, reminiscent of the flowers of hawthorn, elderberry and violet. Palate: dry, acidulous, with a good body, rightly harmonious with a characteristic almond aftertaste. Pairings: appetizers, first courses and fish dishes in general.
