DESCRIPTION: The grapes harvested and kept at low temperatures are immediately brought to the basement to be pressed. After a first clarification, fermentation begins at low temperatures. Subsequently, the wine pours on lees for 4/5 months, does not malolactic fermentation in order to preserve the freshness that distinguishes it. The wine is light and limpid, pink with orange reflections, fresh and intense scent of fruit and flowers, it is incredibly fresh and characterized by great acidity and persistence.
