DESCRIPTION: Manual vintage in the second week of October. Grapes are then subjected to soft pressing. The fermentation takes place in cement containers for 6-7 days at a temperature of 28 ° C. Maceration on the skins lasts 15-20 days. It follows a maturation of 18 months in barriques and then six months in the bottle. Intense ruby red color, nose reveals characteristic, complex and deep scents ranging from ripe fruit to spicy and balsamic notes. In the mouth is balanced, very concentrated with intense and ripe tannins, with extraordinary tasting persistence.
