DESCRIPTION: Vinification: in small temperature controlled autoclaves (40 hl), with fermentation priming through selected yeasts and prolonged stop on the lees (20 days). Aging: in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature. Appearance: white. Straw yellow with rich perlage. Smell: fragrant floral and apple scent. Palate: fruity, fresh, with good creaminess and sweetness, with a delicately almond finish. Serving suggestions: very versatile, excellent as an aperitif, with fish and vegetable appetizers, with first and second delicate dishes and even at the end of a meal with dry pastries.
