It comes then fortified in the traditional system with 77% vol. (80% must and 20% brandy). Aged in steel containers in the cellars of Vila Nova de Gaia and then assembled after 3 years. Gently filtered and stabilized first bottling. Winemaking temperature: 19 ° C - 20 ° C. Tasting: Straw yellow with greenish reflections. On the nose aromas of fresh fruit and hints of melon, citrus fruits and tropical fruit. In the mouth it is fragrant, with extraordinary acidity and a full body. A pleasant fruity taste, in particular of lemon, melon and peach, is constantly present on the palate. Tips: Serve with smoked fish and cold meats. Serve at 8 ° C-10 ° C.
