DESCRIPTION: The harvest takes place at the optimal point of ripeness, when the compositional characteristics of the grapes are balanced to obtain this sublime wine. Attention is paid to the right relationship between the sugar level, the acidity and evolution of the aromatic kit.
The grapes arrived in the cellar are de-stemmed and cooled to a temperature of 7-8 degrees. Pressed softly by means of a pneumatic press, the must obtained is placed in a steel tank for 12 hours at controlled temperature to make itself clear.
Decanted, it is fermented at a controlled temperature of 18-20 ° C. not completely up to an alcoholic degree of about 10.5-11 ° alcohol, so that the wine remains pleasantly sweet.
Cooled and filtered, it is left for a short time in the tank and immediately bottled. Intriguing on the nose, it expresses all the aromatic characteristics of yellow muscat, the fruity (peach), the floral (pink) and the spicy (sage). On the palate it is re-proposed with all its aromatic personality for a modern, pleasant and slightly sweet drink. It is the wine of joy and friendship.
