DESCRIPTION: Harvest: end of September, first week of October. Vinification: in stainless steel at a controlled temperature. Aging: in stainless steel at a controlled temperature. Appearance: red. Ruby red with violet reflections. Smell: hints of red and morello fruits enriched with spicy notes. Palate: medium bodied, sapid and slightly tannic. Pairings: excellent with appetizers, savory first courses, main courses of meat and fresh and medium-aged cheeses.
