PRODUCER: Cantina Deidda
COMPOSITION: Vernaccia, Nuragus, Vermentino
CONTENT: 0,75 l
DESCRIPTION: Obtained from an accurate vinification of native white grapes such as Nuragus, Vernaccia and Vermentino. The base wine stops in "scolme" oak barrels, already used, for at least two years. It is then sparkled in the bottle where the tirage takes place and worked entirely by hand following the delicate phases of the remouage, with a disgorgement of at least 24 months according to the rules of the Classic Method. The vineyards, cultivated on the hills not far from the sea under the continuous flow of the wind, are reared with a short guyot system, with limited yields per hectare with a maximum of 60 quintals. Dense froth with golden reflections and a fine, intense and persistent perlage. The straw-yellow color denotes delicate yellow reflections that recall intense aromas with hints of helichrysum, wisteria and hawthorn. Very fresh, intense and harmonious on the palate, confirms the olfactory sensations.
