DESCRIPTION:Obtained from an accurate vinification of native red and white grapes such as Cannonau, Monica and Vermentino. The base wine stops first in steel barrels, then it is sparkling in the bottle where the tirage takes place and worked entirely by hand following the delicate phases of the remouage and the disgorgement according to the rules of the Classic Method. Bleeding after 24 months. The vineyards, cultivated on the hills not far from the sea under the continuous flow of the wind, are reared with a short guyot system with limited yields per hectare with a maximum of 60 quintals. White froth, intense and lively, with a fine, intense and persistent perlage. The straw-yellow color denotes delicate green reflections that recall fresh and floral aromas, ripe fruit and bread crust. Harmonious on the palate, confirming fresh and fragrant sensations and fruity notes.
