GRAPES: 100% Pinot Nero
DESCRIPTION: Harvest: generally the second half of August. Vinification: in steel barrels through selected yeasts at a controlled temperature. Aging: from August to late May in steel tanks, then aging on the lees in bottle for at least 24 months. Appearance: rosé. From the soft salmon color, this rosé has a rich and continuous mousse. Smell: in the nose you can smell fruity aromas of small red berries (raspberry, currant, cherry). Palate: has a biting taste of an unbroken youth. With its effervescence it awakens our senses. Pairings: appetizers, salted tartlets, quiches, scones with vegetables, mushrooms and delicate white meats.
