DESCRIPTION: Harvest: between 15 and 20 September. Vinification: 5-6 days maceration in stainless steel tanks with a temperature not exceeding 28 ° C. Aging: in stainless steel tanks for 6-8 months. Appearance: red. At the sight it presents an inviting and brilliant ruby color with violet reflections. Smell: vinous, intense and with hints of small berries. Palate: tasting is dry, fresh with a slight almond finish. Pairings: pasta and risotto also with condiments based on meat, cured meats, stews and cheeses.
