DESCRIPTION: Traditional vinification with de-stemming, fermentation controlled temperature with selected yeasts, maceration for 14 days with daily pumping over Aging in small barrels for about 18 months. It ended this period making assembly and final bottling with a further period of aging in bottle. Deep red color, garnet; the nose is elegant and reminiscent of fruit mature and jam. Taste complex and elegant, well-structured, austere and harmonious, with a long finish on the palate.
