GRAPES: 50% Macabeu - 30% Xarello - 20% Parellada
DESCRIPTION: Each grape is harvested separately. The vinification process is the Classical Method with standing on yeasts of at least 9 months. It is presented to the eyes of a tiny yellow color, the nose immediately senses the scent of the yeast along with a fresh fruity feel. In the mouth at the end of the bubble adds a gentle sweetness. The final is long and persistent.
