DESCRIPTION: The "Cabernet" spread in Friuli Venezia Giulia around half of the 800. T-shirts with this name were often compounds of Cabernet Franc, Cabernet Sauvignon and Carménerè, and as such they were implanted. In the historic vineyards in the region still these three varieties are grown in the same plot in a manner indistinct. At Attems, in the sign of tradition, in the "Cleve" we have combined the nuances and the flavors of these three vines in a delicate but characteristic of Cabernet del Collio. Carmine red, brilliant with violet hues. The nose it is very intense and characteristic with aromas of blackcurrant, blackberry amalgamated with sensations more herbaceous nettle, cedar and a hint of Carménerè that is revealed as plum ripe and green pepper. Then come sensations sweeter than dark chocolate. The palate is lively and captivating with a fresh acidity that enhances the fruity sensations and creates an exalting contrast with already velvety tannins, in a long herb final of field, red fruits and graphite.
