DESCRIPTION: Wine produced by vineyards overlooking the south-east coast, between Bardolino and Peschiera, and the nearby hinterland. It is obtained from the vinification of three grapes: Corvina, Rondinella and Merlot. The grapes, destemmed and pressed, are fermented for 10 days in steel tanks at a temperature of 26 ° C. After the alcoholic fermentation ends, the wine is separated from the skins by soft pressing. Excellent with first courses, white meats, low seasoned cheeses and salami.
