DESCRIPTION: Harvest: by hand from 8 to 12 October. Vinification: maceration in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature Aging: 50% in 500-liter Allier tonneaux and 50% in 30-hectare Slavonian oak bottles. Appearance: intense purple red. Smell: fragrant perfume with hints of plum and cherry. Palate: rich, balanced with a good structure, full enriched with good tannins. Pairings: pasta with meat sauces, roasts, red meats in general and aged cheeses.
