DESCRIPTION: Harvest: late September-early October; manual collection. Vinification: after harvesting, the grapes undergo a drying for at least 4 months with a weight loss of at least 40%. Fermentation at 18-22 ° C and 20 days maceration. Aging: maturation in oak barriques for at least 18 months. Appearance: red. Intense ruby with garnet reflections. Smell: notes of blackberry and black cherry jam, with firm spicy touches and nuances of candied citrus. Palate: full and decisive structure, played on the dense and ripe fruit surrounded by hints of spices, chocolate and coffee; rich and well-melted tannins.
