DESCRIPTION: Harvest before the first decade of October. Alcoholic fermentation in steel with maceration on the skins for 16 days with numerous replacements. Malolactic fermentation completely made in third-degree French oak barriques. Bottle aging for 4 months. A bright red, offers a deeply spicy aroma with dark fruit notes. Succulent, has hints of currant and spices, dark notes on the fresh finish.
