DESCRIPTION: The vintage 2006 Brut Vintage Trento DOC Classic Method Italian Institute adheres Talent: it is obtained with the second fermentation in the bottle Sun Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and at least 24 months of aging on the lees. Brut Vintage appears pale yellow, bright, very fine perlage and persistent. The nose is fragrant, with notes of white fruits; crisp hints of butter and bread crust. The fruity tone, composite and complex, adding memories pineapple and lemon. The palate is soft, velvety, with a hint of acidity refreshing and solid but without excess. The final citrine considerably extends the persistence. A whole meal of great nobility, but also valid with seafood, such as mussels and clams sauteed in a pan, shellfish or white meat sauteed like scallops of veal with artichokes or rabbit flavorings.
