DESCRIPTION: Hop Ruiter is an extraordinary beer, in the more true and basic meaning of the term! Produced in Belgium, one step away from the borders Dutch, was conceived together with the founders of one of the best known craft breweries Americans (Ommegang Brewery) that for its production has foreseen the use (among others) of a phenomenal variety of New Zealand hops called Nelson Sauvin. Hop Ruiter (Hop Rider), in the glass it is an explosion of scents citrus, fruity and resinous, with intense notes of gooseberries, citrus fruits and strawberries. The bottom of acacia honey offers on the palate an extraordinary basis for balancing the complex and important component hoppy. Fresh and aromatic, hop Ruiter enjoys an extraordinary drinkability not common in beers of this caliber. Nelson Sauvin is a New Zealand hops relatively young on the landscape world. His name wants to postpone both at its geographical origins (Nelson, from the central part of New Zealand) both its very special aromaticity. Sauvin indeed refers to some of his fresh ones and fruity notes (gooseberries but not only) that closely recall the aromaticity of the grapes Sauvignon
