DESCRIPTION: In the vineyard are not used chemicals and pesticides, the grapes produced is organic and all stages are performed manually. Pressing and stripping of the grapes, maceration on the skins for 12 hours, settling of must and fermentation temperature is not controlled with indigenous yeasts in cement tanks. Aging on the lees in the same containers. Second fermentation: natural fermentation in the bottle as the traditional practice of Treviso in the following spring. Assemblage of three vintages: 2009, 2010 and 2011. Rosé sparkling fruity nose and mouth crisp, from right shoulder given by tannins and slightly bitter finish. Service modes: Mode 1: Open the bottle, slightly tilted to prevent spillage of wine, slowly pour in the glass until it comes out dark: those who want the bottom, so requests. Mode 2: Caraffare slowly to separate sediments of wine, and serve in a flute or glass that has the "point-beading". Mode 3: Shake before "use", open the bottle well chilled, at a slight angle into the glass and serve. Savour the prosecco with its taste bitter and feel originally bubbles in the mouth without seeing them. Glou glou wine-and the whole meal.
