DESCRIPTION: The group Golan Heights is located in Israel, the Golan Heights, in the small town of Katzrin. The winery was founded in 1983 and has always been known for producing wines of considerable value. In deference to tradition, it is one of the few companies to produce only kosher wines, ie wines with rabbis and therefore drinkable even by Orthodox Jews. The vineyards are located on a surface that extends from the shores of the Sea of Galilee at the foot of Mount Hermon, at an altitude ranging from four hundred to twelve hundred meters. The volcanic soil, rich in basalt and the relatively temperate climate due to its proximity to Mount Hermon are ideal for the cultivation of the vine.
