DESCRIPTION: A mountain vine, for a mountain wine. This Valle d'Aosta Cornalin DOC of Le Clocher fully represents the organoleptic characteristics of this vine, until a few years ago unobtainable and at risk of extinction, which today many Valle d'Aosta producers, Danilo Charrère in the lead, have brought back into vogue. A difficult, grumpy and wild vine, more loved in Switzerland than in Italy, which prefers cold climates and extreme thermal excursions, typical of the Alps. A particular wine, definitely unmissable for fans of autochthonous vines, which in the version of Le Clocher it is not distorted, but is enhanced by those notes of "greedy" berries, the bouquet of wild flowers and the soft and balanced sip. Steel break for 24 months. For mountain wine fanatics.
