DESCRIPTION: The 1291 is a low fermentation Bohemian Pils, produced with the technique of three-layer decoction. With a fresh and floral nose, the average body, given the particular production method, immediately leaves room for the aromaticity of the Tettnanger and Mittelfrüh hops. 1291 is the year of birth of Cangrande della Scala and from that great year our beer is named, historically the first produced by the Mastino Brewery.
