Waimaunga Pinot Noir 2020

DESCRIPTION: Manual harvest. Selection of the bunches of which 20% is preserved as whole bunches, while the rest is destemmed before being transferred by gravity into large French oak vats without pressing. Fermentation and post-fermentative maceration last up to three weeks. The wine is then aged for 12 months in French oak barrels, 20% of which are new.
