DESCRIPTION: Baldovino Cerasuolo d'Abruzzo is vinified with maceration of the grapes in press and static decantation of the must after soft pressing, fermentation at controlled temperature and aging in stainless steel. Cherry red in color, it has a fruity and floral flavor, with an aftertaste of bitter almonds. Perfect with salami, pizza, fish soup.
