DESCRIPTION: The olive grove, approximately 1 hectare and composed of 245 trees, hence the name, extends among the estate's vineyards, at an altitude between 100 and 150 meters above sea level on the north/northeast slope. This position overlooking the Adriatic Sea fosters a natural synergy between the different crops, mutually enriching each other with authentic and delicate aromas. The favorable exposure, temperate microclimate, and pristine environment give the olives unique characteristics, enhancing the already renowned nutritional and health benefits of the extra virgin olive oil.
