6 Pecorino d’Abruzzo doc - Orenove

DESCRIPTION: Orenove is the time my office day should have started. Today, it lends its name to a fresh, minerally, and luminous Pecorino, with notes of yellow fruit and citrus. A white wine that reflects a different choice: following the land, not a set time. It pairs well with seafood appetizers, raw fish and shellfish, but also with delicate risottos, first courses with vegetables, and light white meats.
