Pinot Noir Cotes du Jura 2018

DESCRIPTION: Aged in large wooden barrels, used to soften its fine, tight tannins. It offers aromas of wild red fruits, blackcurrant, morello cherry, undergrowth, green pepper, graphite, and notes of exotic wood. Excellent with grilled fish, white or red meat, and roast poultry. It can be stored for 12 years and is best enjoyed after 5 years in the cellar.
