The Corridor Pinot Noir 2015

DESCRIPTION: An enigmatic yet expressive Pinot Noir from Eaola - Amity Hills AVA, with a wide array of red and dark fruit aromas. One week of spontaneous maceration and fermentation in stainless steel and oak vats. Aged for 16 months in 600-liter large and demi-muids. It is an elegant wine, with bright notes of cherry, green tea and mineral hints. Clear notes of freshly picked flowers, juicy fruit, earth and baking spices.
