DESCRIPTION: The Rosé Hasenhaide is a blend of Pinot Noir and Zweigelt, grown on soil composed of crushed rock and chalk. Eight-hour maceration on the skins, fermentation, and aging on the lees in stainless steel. A beautiful pale pink, the nose is refined, expressing subtle notes of berries and hints of lemon. A delicious, light, and fresh wine.
