Bordeaux Blanc de Bastor Lamontagne 2024 - Confidence

DESCRIPTION: Confidence de Bastor-Lamontagne is born from a perfect balance of terroir, winemaking expertise, and the authentic expression of the grape varieties. Dominated by Sauvignon Gris, which offers an intense aromatic charge, it is enriched by the freshness and refinement of Sauvignon Blanc, while the Sémillon, harvested at optimal ripeness, just before the appearance of botrytis, lends roundness and softness to the palate. An elegant and harmonious wine, capable of winning over from the first sip. Vinified and fermented in barrique, it ages in barrique on the fine lees with regular bâtonnage. It has a pale straw yellow color enriched with subtle gray reflections. The nose is complex, typically varietal and delicately woody, with aromas of fresh mango and Madagascar vanilla. On the palate, it strikes with its perfect balance between roundness and vivacity, revealing notes of exotic fruit, bergamot, and brioche. A refined and surprising wine, which combines elegance and aromatic generosity.
