Chablis 1er Cru Fourchaume 2022

DESCRIPTION: Vinification: fermentation at controlled temperature with natural yeasts. Refining "sur lie" from November to April and further refining always in steel to preserve freshness and aromas. Of a beautiful light gold color. On the palate it is very fine and elegant, delicately floral, but also with a silky fruitiness and a long aromatic finish. Excellent as an aperitif or paired with oysters, seafood salad or Burgundy snails. Also try with fresh goat cheese.
