DESCRIPTION: Schneider Weisse Tap 05 Hopfenweisse is an exceptional Weizen IPA in which the high-quality native Hallertauer Saphir hops are used in dry-hopping. On the nose it is citrus, floral, herbaceous. On the palate the decisive imprint of the hops is well balanced by the fruity tones of the yeasts that recall banana and mango and by the slightly spicy tones with hints of cloves. The finish is very persistent, dry and clean. Excellent in combination with game, first courses with meat-based sauces or apple pie.
