DESCRIPTION: For Le Arche we talk about the productive areas of Veneto. The purpose of this initiative is to present and offer selected products, with an excellent quality-price ratio. The production of Amarone, Valpolicella Ripasso, Valpolicella Classico and Bardolino Classico, Pinot Grigio, Soave Classico and Prosecco takes place thanks to winemakers with vineyards that cover a large area that crosses the hilly area to the northeast of Verona, depending on the type of wine . The constant dedication and care in the cultivation of grapes and in the winemaking process, where traditional methods are constantly updated by modern technology, have led to an excellent standard of wines. Our winemakers follow the production process with the help of a few but very experienced collaborators in the various cellars, specialized in the different stages of production: cultivation of the grapes, selection of the same for the wine-making procedure, which varies according to the wine produced, aging and bottling. Our winemakers also deal with constant technical supervision and quality control, to guarantee excellent product quality. Modern technologies are used in accordance with the experience of the area and the traditions passed down from generation to generation.
